Private Networking

Private Networking enables servers to “talk” with other servers in the same datacenter. Traffic sent between servers across the private network will not count towards the bandwidth costs and can be used for database replication, file storage, and similar host to host communication.

IPv6 Support

IPv6 addresses are now available for all servers in our multiple regions. Users can enable IPv6 during servers creation or on existing virtual servers without the need for a reboot. This will be the standard for all datacenter locations going forward.

Transfer Globally

Transfer a copy of your server snapshot to all regions (Amsterdam, San Francisco, New York, London and Singapore). Once you have transferred your snapshot to all regions, you will be able to spin up your image snapshot in any region from the server create page.
